Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully the notification email from the conference and register accordingly.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

  • For Cancellations please contact us via the contact us link.
  • Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
  • If the conference cancels for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

Refund Policy

A candidate once registered and paid the registration fee is not allowed to cancel the registration. The registration fee for the conference once paid is not refundable.
